Was it given or not??

Around a month or so ego there were some events that brought restlessness in the small society of Fuvahmluah. Yes! I am talking about the protest that some people of fuvahmulah made against giving a 33 square feet land plot to MVK. Kind of a political one han :p well not that much I guess, anyhow let me continue ,well as far as I  knew there where manly two groups with two different viewpoints about giving the land plot to MVK

. One group who where opposing the allotment of the land plot and others thought that it was the right thing to do. So the argument continued and it took three days for the authorities to do the marking of the land plot or it can be said that only one side of the land plot that too with the help of police.

After all these catastrophic events there was a funny argument between the two groups who shared different views about giving the land plot. The group who protested against giving the land plot where saying that there protest has been to good effect and they have at least temporarily delayed the allotment. On the other hand the  group who said that despite the protests it was given to MVK. Well here comes the funny part for me because actually both of the groups weren’t wrong about their sayings, confused han.. eheeh.

Well let me tell u the reasons, first the group who said that it was not given, they were right because the process practiced so far by the authorities to allocate such a land plot to any one goes something like this, first the authorized people will go to the place to be given and they will take the measurements and mark the outline of the land plot than only it’s given to the scheduled party. In the incident which I am telling u about due to the actions of the protesters the authorities first had to tie a rope between the two ends of one side of the rectangular shaped plot and they measured with the tape measure sticked to the rope and the funny thing here was if the rope was passing between one persons legs it was passing over the head of another :p which means that the measurement was never accurate and another thing was that only one side of the land plot was measured it too like I mentioned above. This means the allotment process taken place here doesn’t full fills the process the authorities has been practicing over here which basically means with the incomplete allotment process the land plot was never given to MVK. Well now let’s talk about the other group of people who had the idea that it was given to MVK, well even though people said this and that about the allotment process one undeniable truth is that the government or the group of people who undertake the responsibility of managing a countries resources  are the owners of the resources over there. In this context it can be said that the group that under takes the responsibility(the government) can give the land plots whenever they want to whoever they want as such an allocation may be in there policies . This means that the land plot is given from the moment the government decides there is no need for them to undertake any allotment process. In this way the second group is also right

SO WHAT DO YOU THINK WAS IT GIVEN OR NOT???
